I love Gastonbury festival, my Dad and my Grandma have been trying to get tickets for over 10, years and we were finally successful the year our baby sister was born.
Glasto 2023- It was brilliant! Amaze-ball-gilliant!
The one downside was the queue. It took 5 days to get in- only a little bit of exaggeration there. My back hurt more than a Panther biting my bottom.
Glastonbury- wasnt how I imaginedit. I imagined Glastonbury as four stages, with food stores all around. But oh could I be ever so wrong.
It was gigantic.
Bigger than 50 million, trillion polar bears stacked on top of each other.
if you didn't like music don't worry this is still the place for you.
There is so much more to do: crafting and walking around, playing carnivals games in the kids zone, jamming the music tent on the drums or electric guitars. We did it all from blacksmitting and bow making, to circus skills.
It is even great for little kids. Luna was 8 months old and enjoyed it a lot. There was even little baby tent where where she could have a bath and get cleaned, high chairs, paddling pools, toy tents. My mum said it's the best family holiday place ever.
The festival is on for 5 days with the first day where they are setting it all up, so there's no music. Lots to do though as the kids area is open and food stalls, circus and street acts offernijf entertainment. Street art, giant sculptures to enjoy. It really was magical and very cool!
we are really excited to go back again this year.
